You can modify your order until it is processed and shipped.
The order is usually shipped by the end of the following business day.

You can either
- Use the confirmation email you received or
- Access your customer account and click on “My orders”.

You currently can't pickup your order.

Once you placed your order, it should be shipped by the end of the following business day.
Shipping time will depend of where you live. See Canada Post's expected delays here (Expedited Parcel).

- Shipping is free on orders above $50 (before taxes, excluding promotions and gift cards)
- For orders under 50$, the shipping fee is 12$ + taxes

- If the order hasn't shipped: you can access your account under my orders and modify it. You will be able to change the address at the checkout.
- In other cases: every package returned due to a mistake in the address will need to be re-shipped. The flat shipping rate will be charged even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

We certify the quality of our products. We will replace or give an equivalent store credit only if a defect was found on the product, and this within 7 days of receipt of the order. In any other situation, Macerum doesn't guarantee any sort of refund. Please contact us to know more on how to proceed to returns.

Yes, for some products. Please contact us for the product in question and the desired quantity. We will then send you a quote at a discounted price, depending on the quantity
