Refund policy

Macerum certifies the quality of its products. We will replace or give an equivalent store credit only if a defect was found on the product, and this within 7 days of receipt of the order. In any other situation, Macerum doesn't guarantee any sort of refund. 

If required, please contact us via email with your order number as well as a picture of the defect.
